Unlimited calling, fair use
What the Unlimited Phone Seat covers: calling minutes to and from US and Canada numbers for the person who holds the seat, under a monthly fair use allowance.
- What is unlimited. Calling minutes to and from US and Canada numbers, made or answered by the person who holds the seat. That includes the power dialer, the parallel dialer and calls forwarded to their own phone.
- Fair use. Each Unlimited seat covers up to 5,000 minutes in a calendar month, counted in your workspace time zone. Minutes past it are paid in credits at the normal rate, and calling never stops.
- Paid in credits. Texts, international calls (including the Caribbean and the other +1 countries), calls answered on a toll-free number, AI agent minutes and premium voices are paid in credits, like on a pay as you go seat.
- One person per seat. A seat is for one person. Sharing a seat, reselling minutes or connecting the seat to an automated system that places calls on its own is not fair use.
- Starts when the seat is paid. Unlimited minutes start once the seat's first payment goes through. During a trial, calls are paid from the trial credits.
